Can I withdraw pips?

No. Pips are The Desk's reward currency and cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to a bank account, crypto wallet or PayPal account, or exchanged directly for money.

What can I use pips for?

• Discount coupons for FundYourFX challenges.
• Free challenge resets.
• Instant-funded accounts and selected products available in the Rewards catalogue.

Why does my wallet show a dollar value?

Is any balance on The Desk withdrawable?

Yes. Cash earned from the 15% referral commission is held separately from pips and can be withdrawn when it meets the applicable withdrawal requirements. See How does the invite system work? for details. Your pip balance remains redemption-only.
