Promos are current offers we run on The Desk: discount codes, giveaways and featured deals. You'll see the live ones in the promos/offers area, on the top banner, and around the app. See also: How do giveaways and competitions work?.
Where do I find them?
- The Offers / promos section on The Desk.
- The banner or slider at the top of the app.
- On the Earn and home pages when something's running.
How do I use a discount code?
- Some promos show a code you can copy and apply at checkout.
- Others link you straight into checkout with the discount already applied, so just complete your purchase.
Why don't I see the same promos as someone else?
Some promos are targeted:
- A few are open to everyone.
- Some are only for new customers (first-time buyers).
- Some are aimed at returning traders.
So the offers you see are matched to you. Only a limited number of promos run at once, so grab the ones that fit before they expire.
Are promos and pips the same thing?
No. Promos are limited-time offers and codes. Pips are your earned reward balance (see the pips article). You can often use both: a promo at checkout, and cashback pips earned on the purchase. See also: What are pips and how do I earn them? and How does cashback work?.
