Refund Policy
Except as otherwise stated in this Clause, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any fee paid by you cannot be transferred to, or applied toward, an account held by or for the benefit of any other individual. For the avoidance of doubt, this policy applies to both full and partial refund requests.
Once an account has been created and the login credentials have been issued, you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, except as outlined below.
Fee Refund Eligibility for Funded Traders
Funded traders may become eligible for a refund of the challenge fee only after meeting one of the following conditions, whichever is higher:
Completion of three (3) successful payouts, or Cumulative payouts totaling twenty-four percent (24%) of their reward share.
Example – 24% Criteria
For example, if a trader has a $10,000 funded account, they must receive total payouts of at least $2,400 (which represents 24% of the account size benchmark) to become eligible for the refund of the challenge fee, provided all other program conditions have been satisfied.
Only after meeting the above criteria will the initial fee paid for the challenge become eligible for refund.
FundYourFX reserves the right to review all accounts and trading activity to ensure compliance with program rules before approving any fee refund.
