Frequently Asked Questions
1. Which account sizes are available, and what do they cost?
Instant Funded Prime has six account sizes: $25,000 for $269, $50,000 for $570, $100,000 for $1,200, $200,000 for $1,700, $400,000 for $2,199, and $500,000 for $3,500. Each price is a one-time fee.
2. Do I need to pass an evaluation or reach a profit target?
There is no evaluation phase or profit target to pass. Prime starts at the funded stage, with trading and payout eligibility governed by the Prime rules.
3. How does the 5% maximum drawdown work?
The maximum drawdown is static: 5% of your initial account balance. The account floors are $23,750 for a $25,000 account, $47,500 for a $50,000 account, $95,000 for a $100,000 account, $190,000 for a $200,000 account, $380,000 for a $400,000 account, and $475,000 for a $500,000 account. These floors do not trail your profits. Floating losses count, and breaching the limit closes the account.
4. How is the daily drawdown calculated?
The daily drawdown limit is 3% of the recorded account balance, so the daily allowance changes with that balance. Floating losses are included. A daily drawdown breach is a hard breach and closes the account.
5. When can I request a payout?
You can request payouts daily once you meet the initial eligibility requirements. Your first payout requires 14 active days after your first trade and at least 7 trading days. The minimum request is $100, and you must request the full eligible balance. Close all open trades before requesting a payout and pause trading during the manual review. All trading and payout eligibility requirements must be met.
6. What profit split does Prime offer?
The proposed offer is a profit split of up to 90%. Review the applicable starting split in the Prime product terms before completing your purchase.
7. Does Prime have a consistency rule?
No. Prime does not limit how much of your total profit can come from your best trading day. Payouts are manually reviewed, including the Trade Value Score requirement, whose applicable threshold is shown in the account dashboard. The rules allow up to three Trade Value Score soft breaches; this allowance does not waive payout eligibility requirements.
8. What is the maximum risk allowance?
The maximum risk allowance is 1% of your account balance, including spreads, commissions, and slippage. Allow for those costs when sizing positions so the total risk stays within the limit.
9. What are the stop-loss and trade execution requirements?
Place a stop-loss within one minute of opening a trade. You may have a maximum of three entries per pair. Each trade must be held for at least 15 seconds, and the minimum re-entry interval is also 15 seconds.
10. Which trading methods are prohibited?
Prime is for manual trading. Hedging is prohibited in all circumstances, both within one account and across multiple accounts. Grid trading, martingale, high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, bots, expert advisors, scripts, APIs, copy trading (both manual and automatic), and account sharing are also prohibited.
11. Can I trade news events and hold positions over the weekend?
News trading is allowed, and crypto positions may be traded and held over the weekend. Holding non-crypto positions over the weekend requires a separate add-on, which is not offered on this page.
12. Which platforms and leverage are available?
Prime is available on MatchTrader and Platform 5. The proposed leverage is 1:50 for forex, indices, and commodities, and 1:10 for cryptocurrencies.
13. Are there age, activity, or allocation limits?
You must be at least 18 years old and place a trade at least once every 30 days to keep your account active. The standard combined allocation limit is $400,000 across your accounts.
14. Is the one-time fee refundable?
The proposed Prime rules do not offer refunds. Prime is a separate product, so refund benefits from other FundYourFX programs do not automatically apply. Review the Prime terms before completing your purchase.
