- Use FundYourFX branding or trademarks without permission.
- Promote through coupon code websites or SEO-optimized discount pages.
- Mislead customers about promotions or services, or make false claims.
- Offer rebates, kickbacks, or incentives out of your commission.
Legal compliance
You must follow all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure guidelines, the GDPR when handling customer data, and the CAN-SPAM Act and other email marketing laws. Breaking them leads to immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
