Yes. Your participation can be suspended or terminated for:
- Spam, misleading advertising, or false claims
- Promoting illegal activity or infringing intellectual property
- Not disclosing the affiliate relationship where the law requires it, for example under FTC guidelines
- Offering rebates, kickbacks, or incentives from your commission
- Coupon code traffic that adds no real referral traffic or promotional value
- Fraudulent transactions or suspected affiliate fraud
FundYourFX may terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion. The terms can be updated at any time: affiliates are notified of significant changes, and continuing in the program means accepting the revised terms.
