Seamus Synnott joins FundYourFX as CEO, bringing a background in wealth management and leadership experience in proprietary trading.

FundYourFX has appointed Seamus Synnott as Chief Executive Officer. He joins with a background in wealth management and experience leading businesses in the proprietary trading industry, including serving as CEO of FundedX.
The appointment brings together experience in private-client finance and the day-to-day demands of running a prop trading business. As CEO, Synnott will lead FundYourFX’s strategy and operations, working with the team on the company’s next stage of development.

Synnott began his career advising ultra-high-net-worth clients. That background gave him experience with capital stewardship, risk management and the service expectations of private clients before he moved into proprietary trading.
Over recent years, his work has extended into prop-firm leadership and trading technology. Alongside his role at FundedX, he founded ScalpView, a trading intelligence platform. His background connects financial advisory work with the operational and technology needs of traders.
Experience Leading a Prop Trading Business
During his tenure as CEO of FundedX, the company announced a 24-hour payout policy for eligible traders. Its 2025 announcements highlighted payout processing, operational reliability and clear communication with the trading community.
