The legal relationship between the trader and FundYourFX is that of an independent contractor participating in a simulated proprietary trading program.
Traders are not employees, partners, shareholders, or agents of the company. By enrolling in one of our programs, the trader agrees to the terms and conditions governing the use of a simulated virtual funded account.
All trading activity takes place in a simulated environment, and any payouts represent a contractual performance-based reward in accordance with the agreed profit-sharing structure.
